In the course students learn to identify segments and user needs, develop Customer Journey Map, design user-friendly interfaces: test hypotheses and create prototypes, conduct usability testing and form Lean-UX strategy.
The training includes hands-on exercises and homework assignments. Each homework assignment is checked by the teacher, the student gets detailed feedback: what is good and what should be improved. If the tasks are successfully completed, the student is allowed to defend his/her thesis and receives a confirmation that he/she has passed the course.
